FD Triage — Terms of Service

1. What this is

FD Triage is a Google Chat application published by Flood Doctor Inc. ("we", "us") for use by Flood Doctor Inc. and its affiliated operating companies. Installing it means you accept these terms.

2. Permitted use

The app is provided for internal business use by authorised staff of Flood Doctor Inc. and its affiliates. Do not use it to process personal data unrelated to that business, and do not attempt to use it to access a mailbox that is not your own.

3. What we provide

The app summarises and classifies email using an automated language model. Summaries and urgency ratings can be wrong. They are a reading aid, not a substitute for opening the message. You remain responsible for every reply you send and every deadline you meet.

4. What we do not do

• We do not send email on your behalf. Reply actions stage drafts for you to review.
• We do not route one person's mail to another.
• We do not sell, rent or share your data. See the privacy policy.

5. Availability

The app runs on infrastructure operated by Flood Doctor Inc. and is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, delayed, or discontinued at any time. Cards may be missed. Do not rely on it as the sole channel for anything time-critical.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flood Doctor Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including missed messages, missed deadlines, or reliance on an automated summary.

7. Ending use

Remove the app from your Google Chat at any time to stop all processing. We may suspend or withdraw access at any time.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.
